The Loan Calculator

The Mortgage Calculator is a java applet that allows one to enter loan info (interest rate, term, amount) and determine your payment. You can compare to an exisitng loans. Graphs plot the principal and interest between each loan. It also includes a pre-qualifying calculator based on your income and debt. Other features include Canadian/British payment info, Y2K, Amortization table, user-defined settings, lump sum payments, changeable front/back end ratios.
